This medication works by combining the actions of its ingredients: aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize excess stomach acid, simethicone reduces gas bubbles, and oxetacaine numbs the stomach lining, providing a multi-faceted approach to relieving symptoms.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions carefully.

The usual adult dose is one to two tablets or one to two teaspoons of liquid suspension, taken as needed, but not more than four times a day.

Chew or swallow tablets whole. Do not crush or break the tablets.

Shake the liquid suspension well before each use.

For best results, take this medication 15-30 minutes after meals and at bedtime.

This medication should only be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding if the benefits outweigh the risks. Talk to your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease.
