Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during allergic reactions.

Dextromethorphan

An antitussive (cough suppressant) that works by reducing the activity in the part of the brain that triggers coughing.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and fever.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as:

Runny nose

Sneezing

Coughing

Sore throat

Headache

Fever

This medication combines the actions of its individual ingredients to provide comprehensive relief from cold and flu symptoms. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy symptoms by blocking histamine, dextromethorphan suppresses coughs, paracetamol alleviates pain and reduces fever, and phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion.

Store at room temperature, between 15-30 degrees Celsius (59-86 degrees Fahrenheit). Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the label.

The recommended dosage for adults and children 12 years and older is 10-15 ml every 4-6 hours as needed.

For children 6-11 years old, the recommended dosage is 5-10 ml every 4-6 hours as needed.

For children 2-5 years old, the recommended dosage is 2.5-5 ml every 4-6 hours as needed.

Do not exceed the maximum daily dose specified by your doctor.

This medication may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

This medication should not be given to children under 2 years old without consulting a doctor.



Kidney
