Roxithromycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping bacterial growth. Ambroxol stimulates the secretion of surfactant and reduces the viscosity of mucus, facilitating its expulsion from the respiratory tract. The combination provides both antibacterial action and improved mucus clearance.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on the patient's age, weight, and condition.

Always follow the prescribed dosage and duration of treatment.

Do not stop taking the medication prematurely, even if symptoms improve.

Take the medication with a glass of water.
