Almotan 6.25mg Tab (Almotriptan) is a selective serotonin 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist. It works by narrowing blood vessels in the brain and reducing the release of pain-causing substances, thereby relieving migraine pain.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
The usual adult dose is 12.5 mg orally at the first sign of a migraine attack.
Do not exceed 12.5 mg in a 24 hour period.
Take with or without food.

Alcohol consumption may worsen side effects. It is recommended to avoid alcohol while taking almotriptan.
