Cetirizine

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a substance that causes allergy symptoms.

Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nose, helping to relieve nasal congestion.

Note: This medication is not intended for long-term use.

Relief of symptoms associated with allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and hives.

Relief of cold and flu symptoms, such as headache, fever, and nasal congestion.

Temporary relief of sinus pain and pressure.

This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of allergy and cold symptoms: Cetirizine blocks histamine, Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, and Phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 6-8 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Children 6-11 years: Follow the doctor's instructions or the dosage on the product label.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take with a full glass of water.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase drowsiness and other side effects.

Be cautious when driving or operating machinery, as this medication may cause drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Do not give this medication to children under 6 years of age, unless directed by a doctor.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease.
