This combination therapy works synergistically. Isoniazid inhibits mycolic acid synthesis, Pyrazinamide disrupts bacterial metabolism, and Rifampicin inhibits bacterial RNA synthesis, leading to the death of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the medication is expired or shows signs of deterioration.

Dosage is determined by a physician based on the patient's age, weight, and the severity of the infection.

The medication is typically administered orally, usually once daily.
