Adrole 0.5mg Tab (Ropinirole) is a dopamine agonist. It works by mimicking the effects of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that helps control movement and coordination. In Parkinson's disease, dopamine levels are low, leading to motor problems. Ropinirole helps to restore dopamine function. In RLS, it's believed to affect dopamine receptors to reduce the urge to move the legs.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after its expiration date.
Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.
Medication is typically taken orally with or without food.
Dosage should be increased gradually to minimize side effects.

Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects, especially dizziness and sleepiness. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking ropinirole.
Ropinirole can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and other side effects that may impair driving ability or operation of machinery. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how ropinirole affects you.
The safety of ropinirole during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been fully established. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Ropinirole is generally not recommended for use in children.
Dose adjustments may be necessary for individuals with impaired kidney function.
