Adilip 135mg Tab (Fenofibrate) is a fibrate drug that works primarily by activating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α). This activation leads to increased breakdown of triglycerides and increased excretion of cholesterol. It also promotes higher levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Check the expiration date on the packaging and discard any expired medication appropriately.
