Acnecure Gel 20gm (Clarithromycin) works by preventing bacteria from producing essential proteins needed for their survival. It binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, interfering with protein synthesis and ultimately killing the bacteria.

Store clarithromycin at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep it in its original container. Do not use it after the expiration date printed on the label.
