Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Chlorzoxazone

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and pain.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation and pain. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally on the nervous system to relax muscles. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and also possesses analgesic properties through unclear mechanisms, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system.

The typical dosage may be one or two tablets, taken two to three times daily, or as directed by a physician.
