Cetirizine

Management of allergic symptoms (e.g., itching, rash, sneezing) associated with filariasis or other allergic conditions (Note: The use of this combination for stand-alone allergy treatment may not be standard practice. Consult a physician.)

Treatment of lymphatic filariasis (elephantiasis) caused by Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi, and Brugia timori.

Diethylcarbamazine acts by paralyzing and killing filarial worms. Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergic inflammation and symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard according to expiry date.
