Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer.

Tizanidine

A muscle relaxant that helps to relieve muscle spasms and stiffness.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and back pain.

Treatment of muscle spasms and stiffness.

Aceclofenac works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by affecting the way the brain responds to pain signals. Tizanidine works by relaxing the muscles by affecting the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage and frequency of administration will vary depending on the individual's condition and the doctor's instructions.

It is typically taken orally, with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Serious side effects are rare but can include: gastrointestinal bleeding, liver damage, kidney problems, allergic reactions.

Common side effects include: headache, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of stomach bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication can cause drowsiness and dizziness, making it unsafe to drive or operate machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as it may be harmful to the developing baby.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney problems.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver problems.
