Moxifloxacin

Treatment of moderate to severe pain associated with bacterial infection

Conditions where both analgesic and antibiotic action are needed (e.g., postsurgical infections with significant pain)

Ketorolac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing pain and inflammation. Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial replication and leading to bacterial cell death.
