Desloratadine

Montelukast

Treatment of asthma, including prevention of exerciseinduced bronchospasm.

This drug combination works by targeting different pathways involved in allergic reactions and asthma. Acebrophylline relaxes the muscles in the airways, desloratadine blocks histamine, and montelukast blocks leukotrienes, collectively reducing inflammation and improving breathing.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date.
