A pain reliever and fever reducer.
A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nose, reducing nasal congestion.
Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as:
Cough with mucus
Runny nose
Sneezing
Sore throat
Headache
Fever
Nasal congestion
This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of cold and flu symptoms: Ambroxol thins mucus, Levocetirizine blocks histamine, Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, and Phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual dose for adults is one tablet or capsule every 8 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take the medication with a glass of water.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Drowsiness
Dry mouth
Nausea
Dizziness
Headache
Stomach upset
Difficulty sleeping
Runny nose (paradoxical)
Nervousness
Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of side effects.
