Ziddivir 100mg Tablet (Zidovudine) is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI). It works by interfering with the activity of reverse transcriptase, an enzyme HIV needs to replicate its genetic material. By blocking this enzyme, zidovudine inhibits viral replication and reduces the viral load.
