Methyl Salicylate

Mephenesin

Linseed Oil

This combination drug works through multiple mechanisms. Diclofenac inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, reducing inflammation and pain. Methyl salicylate provides additional anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects through similar pathways. Mephenesin relaxes muscles by interfering with nerve impulses to the muscles. Linseed oil may contribute to anti-inflammatory effects and skin conditioning. Capsaicin depletes substance P, reducing pain sensation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply the medication as directed to the affected area, usually several times daily.
