COX-2 is involved in the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. By blocking COX-2, valdecoxib reduces the production of prostaglandins and helps to relieve pain and inflammation.
Store valdecoxib at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
