Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Tizanidine

A muscle relaxant that helps to relieve muscle spasms.

Pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

Muscle spasms.

Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Tizanidine works by reducing the activity of nerve cells in the spinal cord that cause muscle spasms.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage and frequency of administration will vary depending on the individual patient's needs and medical condition. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

It is typically taken by mouth, with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets. Swallow them whole with a glass of water.

Stomach upset, nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation.

Dizziness, drowsiness, headache.

High blood pressure, heart problems.

Liver problems, kidney problems.

Allergic reactions, including rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects, especially stomach bleeding. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication can cause drowsiness and dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically directed by your doctor.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, you may need a lower dose or more frequent monitoring.



Liver

If you have liver problems, you may need a lower dose or more frequent monitoring.
