Treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in adults.

Treatment of HIV1 infection in adults, in combination with other antiretroviral agents.

Prevention of HIV1 infection in adults at high risk of acquiring HIV-1 infection.

Tenofovir Alafenamide Tablets Ip 25mg (Tenofovir Alafenamide) (TAF) works by interfering with the activity of an enzyme called reverse transcriptase. This enzyme is essential for the HIV-1 virus to replicate itself within the body. By inhibiting reverse transcriptase, TAF prevents the virus from multiplying, reducing its levels in the blood and helping to control the infection.
