Dicyclomine

Is an anticholinergic medication that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in muscle contraction. this helps to relax smooth muscles, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract.

Paracetamol

Is an analgesic and antipyretic medication that works by reducing fever and pain. it is believed to act by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.

Relief of painful spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, such as those associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, and biliary colic.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, and toothaches.

Dicyclomine relaxes smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and improving the flow of food and waste. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by blocking the production of prostaglandins.

Store the medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children. Do not use the medication after the expiry date printed on the label.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, dizziness, confusion.

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you, as it can cause drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

This medication should not be given to children under the age of 12 years, unless otherwise directed by a doctor.
