How Resof L 28s Tab Works

Ledipasvir is a direct-acting antiviral agent that inhibits the NS5A protein of HCV, preventing viral replication. Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide polymerase inhibitor that blocks the function of the HCV NS5B polymerase, also preventing viral replication. When used together, Resof L 28s Tab (Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir) act synergistically to inhibit HCV replication.

Storage and Handling of Resof L 28s Tab

Store ledipasvir and sofosbuvir at room temperature (20°C to 25°C). Keep the medicine in its original container.
