This medication works by combining the actions of its individual ingredients. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nose, relieving nasal congestion.
Store at room temperature, between 15-30°C (59-86°F). Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
