Dosulepin

A tricyclic antidepressant (tca) that works by affecting neurotransmitters in the brain, primarily serotonin and norepinephrine.

Methylcobalamin

A form of vitamin b12, essential for nerve function and red blood cell formation.

Treatment of depressive disorders, including major depressive disorder.
