Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) – Note: Cisapride is largely withdrawn from the market in many countries due to serious cardiac risks. Its use is generally restricted to situations where other treatments have failed and under very close medical supervision.

Relief of symptoms associated with gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying)

Prepulsid 5mg Tablet (Cisapride) increases the motility of the gastrointestinal tract by stimulating serotonin receptors (5-HT4). This accelerates gastric emptying and improves esophageal sphincter function.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard according to your pharmacist’s instructions.
