Acetylcysteine

A mucolytic agent that helps thin and loosen mucus. it's also an antioxidant.

Astaxanthin

A carotenoid with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Clomiphene

A selective estrogen receptor modulator (serm) primarily used to stimulate ovulation in women with infertility.

This combination is NOT a standard or approved formulation. There is no established medical use for a combined preparation of acetylcysteine, astaxanthin, and clomiphene. Alcohol Consumption

Consult your physician. Alcohol might interact with acetylcysteine and may worsen potential side effects of clomiphene.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Clomiphene can cause visual disturbances; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Assess the combined effects of all three medications before deciding if you can safely drive or operate machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Clomiphene is contraindicated in pregnancy. Astaxanthin and Acetylcysteine safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding require further research and consultation with a physician.



Children

Not recommended without explicit medical guidance. Clomiphene is only used in adults.



Kidney

Renal impairment might affect the metabolism and excretion of these drugs. Consult your doctor if you have kidney problems.



Liver
