Xylometazoline works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. This allows for easier breathing. Sorbitol is a non-active ingredient that aids in the formulation and stability of the medication.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow the instructions on the label or as directed by your doctor.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2-3 sprays in each nostril, not more than 3 times daily.

Children 6-11 years of age: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, not more than 3 times daily.

Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor before use.
