Treatment of chronic HCV infection with compensated cirrhosis

How Novisof L Tablet Works

Ledipasvir is a direct-acting antiviral agent that inhibits the NS5A protein of HCV, preventing viral replication. Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide polymerase inhibitor that blocks the function of the HCV NS5B polymerase, also preventing viral replication. When used together, Novisof L Tablet (Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir) act synergistically to inhibit HCV replication.

Storage and Handling of Novisof L Tablet
