Neomib Inj 2ml (Bortezomib) is a proteasome inhibitor. Proteasomes are protein complexes within cells that break down unwanted proteins. By inhibiting these proteasomes, bortezomib causes the accumulation of harmful proteins within cancer cells, leading to their death. This is particularly effective against myeloma and lymphoma cells.

Store bortezomib at a controlled room temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Dispose of unused medication properly according to your pharmacist's or healthcare provider's instructions.

Bortezomib is typically administered intravenously (IV) by a healthcare professional.

Children

Kidney

Kidney function should be monitored regularly as bortezomib is excreted through the kidneys. Dosage adjustment may be necessary in patients with impaired kidney function.
