Moxovas 0.3mg Tab (Moxonidine) is an alpha2-adrenergic agonist. It works by stimulating alpha2-adrenergic receptors in the brain, leading to a decrease in sympathetic outflow from the central nervous system. This results in reduced peripheral vascular resistance and a decrease in heart rate, thereby lowering blood pressure.
