Milborn 50mg Cap (Milnacipran) is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It works by increasing the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, neurotransmitters that play a role in mood regulation and pain perception. This increased level helps alleviate symptoms of depression and fibromyalgia.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage and frequency should be determined by your doctor.

Do not stop taking Milnacipran suddenly without consulting your physician.

Take the medication as prescribed, with or without food.

Increased blood pressure (less common)

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol should be avoided or consumed in moderation while taking Milnacipran, as it may increase the risk of side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how Milnacipran affects you. Drowsiness and dizziness are possible side effects.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking Milnacipran if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. The risks and benefits should be carefully considered.



Children

Milnacipran is not generally recommended for use in children.



Kidney

Dose adjustment may be necessary for patients with kidney impairment. Consult your doctor.



Liver

Dose adjustment may be necessary for patients with liver impairment. Consult your doctor.
