Lenazest 5mg Tablet (Lenalidomide) is an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD). Its exact mechanism isn't fully understood, but it's believed to work by modulating the immune system, inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, and potentially inducing tumor cell death. It interacts with cereblon, a protein involved in protein degradation, leading to the downregulation of specific proteins crucial for myeloma cell survival.
