Levofloxacin

A fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacteria.

Ornidazole

A nitroimidazole antibiotic effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.

Treatment of bacterial infections involving susceptible organisms in the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues.

Treatment of intraabdominal infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria.

Treatment of gynecological infections (e.g., pelvic inflammatory disease) caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria and some aerobic bacteria.

Levofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, leading to bacterial cell death. Ornidazole disrupts the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, causing cell death.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the specific infection, patient's condition, and response to therapy.

Usually administered orally with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.

Complete the entire course of medication, even if symptoms improve before the end of the treatment period.
