This combination medication works by: Ibuprofen: Reducing inflammation and pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol: Blocking pain signals in the brain and reducing fever by affecting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system. Caffeine: Enhancing the pain-relieving effects of ibuprofen and paracetamol by constricting blood vessels, which may reduce inflammation and pain.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions on the label or as directed by your doctor.

The usual adult dose is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.

Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
