About Dynasprin Tab
Dynasprin Tab (Aspirin + Dipyridamole) is a combination medication used to help prevent strokes and other blood clots in people with a history of stroke or related conditions. It works by preventing blood platelets from sticking together. Common side effects include stomach upset and headache. This medication should only be taken as prescribed by a physician and certain safety considerations need to be followed, especially with regard to pre-existing conditions such as kidney or liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and alcohol consumption.
Ingredients of Dynasprin Tab

    Aspirin

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) with antiplatelet properties.

    Dipyridamole

An antiplatelet agent that inhibits platelet aggregation.

Direction for Use of Dynasprin Tab

Reducing the risk of stroke and other thromboembolic events in patients with a history of stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), or peripheral artery disease.

Reducing the risk of recurrent stroke after a previous stroke.

How Dynasprin Tab Works

Aspirin inhibits the production of thromboxane A2, a potent platelet aggregator. Dipyridamole inhibits adenosine uptake and phosphodiesterase, leading to increased levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) within platelets, further suppressing aggregation. The combination provides a synergistic antiplatelet effect.
