Duoluton L 21s Tab (Ethinyl Estradiol + Levonorgestrel) work together to prevent pregnancy primarily by suppressing ovulation (release of eggs from the ovaries). They also thicken cervical mucus, making it more difficult for sperm to reach the egg, and may alter the uterine lining to prevent implantation.
