Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Magnesium Trisilicate

An antacid that neutralizes stomach acid, providing relief from heartburn and indigestion.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

Treatment of pain and inflammation associated with conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout.

Relief from heartburn, indigestion, and acid reflux.

0 Diclofenac: Inhibits the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.1 Magnesium Trisilicate: Neutralizes stomach acid by reacting with it to form a less acidic salt, thereby reducing acidity.2 Paracetamol: Exact mechanism is unclear, but it is believed to reduce pain signals in the brain and inhibit the production of prostaglandins in the peripheral nervous system.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of stomach bleeding and other side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Diclofenac and paracetamol may be harmful to the fetus or newborn.



Children

Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years unless prescribed by a doctor.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney problems.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver problems.
