Clobetasol propionate works by suppressing the immune system and reducing inflammation in the skin. Ammonium lactate helps to hydrate and soften the skin, making it more receptive to the effects of clobetasol propionate.
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the product is discolored or has an unusual odor.
Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected area once or twice daily.
Do not use more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Avoid applying to the eyes, mouth, or genitals.
Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medication.

In rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, such as: skin infections, skin discoloration, adrenal gland suppression.
Skin thinning, stretch marks, acne, dry skin, burning, itching, redness, irritation.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it can increase the risk of side effects.
This medication is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
