Cilamet Xl 20/50mg Tab (Cilnidipine + Metoprolol) work together to lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and slowing the heart rate. Metoprolol blocks the action of adrenaline and other hormones on the heart, leading to a slower heart rate and reduced force of contraction. This combined action lowers blood pressure and reduces the workload on the heart.
