Benihyp 4mg Tab (Benidipine) works by relaxing blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure. It does this by blocking the entry of calcium into the muscle cells of the blood vessels.

It is typically taken once a day, with or without food.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.
