Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Methocarbamol

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and stiffness.

Treatment of musculoskeletal pain associated with inflammation and muscle spasm.

Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and soft tissue injuries.

Management of acute pain after injury or surgery (as directed by a physician).

Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol's mechanism is not fully understood, but it's believed to inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system. Methocarbamol acts centrally to relax muscles by interfering with reflexes within the spinal cord.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after its expiry date.

Swallow tablets whole with a glass of water.

Children

This medication is generally not recommended for children unless prescribed by a pediatrician.
