Chloramphenicol and sulfacetamide work by stopping the growth of bacteria. Chloramphenicol interferes with bacterial protein synthesis, while sulfacetamide inhibits bacterial folic acid synthesis.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Apply a small amount of ointment or drops to the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor.

The frequency of application may vary depending on the severity of your infection.

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the medication.
